The seminar as usual was a great opportunity to train with fellow Shinkendoka from other dojos, while learning new techniques and refining old ones under the instruction of the founder of the art.

The seminar included training in bojutsu (six-foot staff), and an excellent cutting demonstration by Kaiso which included Nito-Ken (two sword) cutting.

Kaiso enjoyed his trip to Canada and has already planned to come back for another seminar next year.
